God Provides Our Needs

It may not happen when we want it to. We may not get what we want. But God always provides our needs. When we listen to Him. When we truly believe what our silver and copper currency say.

“In God we Trust.”

God knows what our needs are at every moment in our lives. When we are little, He knows that we need provisions from adults. He knows that we cannot physically do the things we need to provide for ourselves. And that we are not equipped mentally to do them. So, if we are blessed, He gives us parents and adults to take care of us. To provide us with food, clothing, and shelter. They also provide for our safety.

If we are more blessed, God introduces us to Christians who believe in His word. They guide us to salvation through His son Jesus Christ. It may not happen in our youth. It may happen in adulthood. Hopefully, it will happen. Because we need salvation to get to heaven. There is no other way.

As we grow, our awareness and state of mind increase. This allows us to become educated in school systems by teachers and in everyday life by those around us. If we listen to the people who have our best interest at heart and are willing to pass on their knowledge and wisdom, we will get everything needed to succeed in life.

Then we must apply the wisdom and knowledge given to us so that we may be ready to walk through the door when opportunity knocks. The opportunity that God has for us. He knows the path that He wants us to take. It may not be the one that we want, but it will lead to what we need if we take it. If we trust Him and let His will be done.

This is true for our country as well. If we follow the path that God has given us America can reach its full potential. If we pray for one another. If we form strong family bonds.  If we teach our children well. If we show love to our neighbors. If we are accepting of all people. If we abide by the law. If we are willing to give.

If we do all these things, God will bless us in ways that we never dreamed. And when He blesses us, our needs are met.

Sure, there will be controlled and uncontrolled circumstances that come along. There will be natural and man-made disasters. Our world changes from moment to moment.

But if we put our trust in God, He will provide in all circumstances. Look toward things above and not things on earth. Walk by faith not by sight.

“In God we Trust.”

To get every provision He has for us, we must truly trust in Him.
